More sketches; New comics next Monday!

Here's some more random bits from the last couple weeks in my current sketchbook:

Zana being a bamf, and I'm in place of her actual leg. I SPY A KYLE.

I'm obsessed with Gerudos right now.

Part of a storyboard. Apparently blogspot hates me since I can't seem to flip these pictures to their original position...wtf?

Weird how those last few won't freakin' flip over! They're saved to my computer horizontally, so I have no idea. Anyways, you get the jist.

As I said in the title, there will be new comics starting again this upcoming Monday.

To tide you over for awahile

I'll be going on a short break with comics for the next couple of weeks while I finish some projects for my school's student show, and I'm starting to feel run down by everything. I'll at least get back to 2 comics a week by either the 2nd or 3rd week of April. Until then, I'll try to put up some drawings I do throughout the days. My printer is on the fritz, so they're taken with my phone, but the quality is still pretty good.

Meet today's monstrosity! The body of a decapitated Ocarina Link action figure, the head of a cupcake candle, a leaf post-it note used for a sword and cape. WHAT AM I DOING WITH MY LIFE.

Some sketches again

No comic today, but enjoy some sketches made today in my darling little moleskine!

 

Just some studies of Zana & Kaelen back in the day/beginning of the story they're in.

I like the dress & the shapes associated with it, very smooth.

Anyways, sorry for no comic, but it's a busy night of homework, and I just don't have the time for that and sleep tonight. I'll make Friday a double update to make up for today!

Character Study: Zana's prosthetic leg

I CUT HER LEG OFF OMG:

My original character Zana (and Kaelen in the 1st picture). I've been hashing out this idea since last night, and I think it's coming out great. I don't plan this happening until the end of her story (whenever or whatever that is, lol), but I do plan on having her live through it without getting some kind of infection & dying. I like her too much! :C

No comic today because I'm too swamped in homework. I've got just enough time to throw this up here before I need to get back to math. Le sigh. But here, for your enjoyment, are my own character notes to myself.

I like the outfits I make for her.
