Part 2 concluded! Lol, I've been reading so much Harry Potter. Yesterday, I read over 300 pages and finished Prisoner of Azkaban. God, that book is fantastic! I Post-It'd the heck out of that thang.

Finally, a break for the weekend! You don't know how busy I feel having to do this 3 times a week.

Oh, btw, my sister (age 22 on Thursday) went to the Backstreet Boys concert last night!
SO JEALOUS FOR REAL.

The most random idea ever? Yes, yes it is.

Harry Potter is all over my summer thus far. Been kind of busy, so I'm only just starting Prisoner of Azkaban today. D:

Day 8

A couple things:

1. Lady Gaga's new album is fabulous & every little monster should get one!
2. Been watching CNN tonight, and the coverage of the tornados has been crazy. Anyone who is there or knows someone there, hearts going out to you.

It's nice to see rescue efforts going strong, though. Hopefully tonight's storms won't be as severe. It's a good thing the graduation ceremony wasn't taking place at the Joplin high school either.

Also, this is the most frequent response of anyone who looks at my sketchbook, not even joking. I'll be thankful once art college arrives so that I won't have to explain that the ladies are just figure drawings or try to convince everyone that women are just much more fun to draw than guys are. I mean really now.

This begins the 2nd annual Harry Potter Book Club with my fabulous friend, Sarah! I'm a little behind at the moment; Harry is just being sorted where I'm reading, and Sarah has five chapters of the book left. Tonight will just be full of intense Potter reading! <3

Day 1

Hello all! Just finished my first year of college, and summer break is finally here. Halle-freaking-lujah. This set up right here is what this blog-comic will be. At least for the summer, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I'll be uploading a new comic following my summer or anything I really want.

I'm drawing these part for fun, part for staying in the swing of working on something almost everyday and keeping deadlines. They will all be hand-drawn in pencil first, inked in my Staedtler fineliners, and colored in Prismacolor colored pencils. Quality of the scans may be a little wonky, but my scanner is pretty old and crappy, so it's the best I can do. <3 Hope you all enjoy!

A big thanks to my animation teacher, Jim, for this idea. Fun doodles and entertainment for those of you who follow. Thanks in advance :D
